How we protect your work Data protection

Is it really free to start?

Yes. You can start with one active Vision for free, and you do not need a credit card. Upgrade when you need more Visions, collaboration, creation, or organizational use.

Who can see my Vision?

Only the people you let in. Work is private by default, and every member of your workspace has an explicit role. To share beyond that, you send a link to specific approved material. Links can expire or be revoked, and clients can review what you share without a paid seat.

Do I have to replace my tools?

No. Your files stay in the tools where they live. VisionBoard keeps what was decided, what is current, and what people or AI may use. A connected AI reads the current Vision and uses it during the work; a connection alone does not check every external action, and a chat reply is never an approval.

Which AI tools can I connect?

Claude and Codex have guided connection steps in VisionBoard. Other AI tools that support open connections (MCP) can connect with the same address. Connecting is free on every plan, including Free; your own AI subscription is separate. You choose which Vision a connection can read, and you can revoke it at any time.

What can a connected AI see and do?

By default, only your current, approved direction for the Vision you allow. Drafts and private material stay out of reach. If you grant more permission, a connected AI can return its work as an attributed Draft for you to review. It can never approve its own work, publish, delete, or change who has access. An agent works on a Goal only when you start it.

Who decides what becomes current?

You do. Nothing becomes current until a person approves it, and approved work never changes silently: a meaningful change goes back to review. Teammates and connected AI can propose changes, but only people decide what moves forward.

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Your existing work stays available. Keep editing, reviewing, and sharing approved direction within your plan. You see the credit cost before you confirm any AI creation, and running out of credits does not automatically charge you extra.

Can my company check the security details?

Yes. For a concrete review we share the Data Processing Agreement (AVV), the technical and organizational measures, and the subprocessor register. Ask for them on the Security page.
