The workshop ends. The interpretation begins.

A clear strategic presentation can become a dozen different interpretations as it reaches designers, developers, a client’s internal team and AI tools. The decisions need to stay connected to the reasons behind them.

A closer look

Connect the brand to what the client offers.

Move from visual choices to product meaning. Keep the promise, audience and questions your client still needs to answer together.

  1. 01

    An editable Brand Kit

Develop the direction with Vela, then refine logos, colors, typography, usage and voice in named sections.

  2. 02

    A shared product story

Make positioning and supporting visuals available alongside the brand.

  3. 03

    Review before wider use

Use comments and versions to work through changes before people approve them.

From intention to action

Make your strategic work useful after the meeting.

One Vision connects the choices. People decide what becomes current.

  1. 01

Shape the Vision with your client

Capture the intended future, audience, goals and constraints. Use Vela to explore open questions while keeping your client’s own decisions visible and editable.

  2. 02

Create the choices with your client

Develop a Brand Kit and product story in conversation with Vela. Generate visual options in Vision Creator and compose a Board manually or with AI. Your client can refine real, editable content instead of interpreting a presentation.

  3. 03

    Ask for review, then approval

Bring the right stakeholders into the review. Keep exploratory work distinct from approved direction, so a promising option is not mistaken for a final decision.

  4. 04

Keep a shared point of reference

Give the client’s team, partners and authorized AI access to the agreed Vision. Ask agents to check new work against it and return proposed changes for review, so the thinking survives beyond your engagement.

A few useful answers.

Does every client need the same process?

No. The same core works for brand strategy, product direction and wider company visions. Start with the decisions that matter for that client rather than forcing every engagement into a large template.

Can a client review without seeing every experiment?

Use the appropriate review or sharing path. Asking for review and sharing approved direction are different actions, with deliberate access controls.

Is VisionBoard only for agencies?

No. Companies can create and maintain their own direction, and individuals can work on personal visions. Facilitator-led work is one entry path into the same product.

Can I create the content in a conversation?

Yes. Vela helps you create and refine Goals, Notes, Documents, Brand Kits, Products and Boards as editable drafts. For images, develop the idea with Vela and generate it in Vision Creator. Authorized AI agents can create Library elements and Boards through supported MCP or plugin connections, including adding images generated with their own tools. You can also work manually.

How do I stay in control of AI-created content?

Creating a draft is not approving it. In supported AI clients, cards let you inspect proposals and confirm an exact approval in the conversation. Other clients open that same decision in VisionBoard. You can refine the work first or leave it unapproved. Only your explicit approval makes it part of the current direction; an ordinary chat reply does not.

Will my connected AI keep checking the Vision?

Use VisionBoard as a continuing reference: ask your agent to read the current direction, check plans and results against it, and return when goals, limits or decisions conflict. Supported Goal work checks the approved direction at its checkpoints. Connecting alone does not monitor every action in another tool; the agent must use VisionBoard and have permission to access it.
