A few useful answers.
Is this only for leadership teams?
No. A company can maintain its own Vision and involve employees, agencies, consultants and other partners with appropriate access. A Vision can also support a smaller team or a single person.
What should we bring to our first Vision?
Start small: your desired future, one important goal, a few decisions or constraints, and the source material that explains them. You do not need to move your entire company knowledge base.
Can AI change our approved direction?
Connected AI can contribute attributed drafts when authorized. People review and approve what becomes current. Giving an agent context is not the same as giving it approval authority.
Can I create the content in a conversation?
Yes. Vela helps you create and refine Goals, Notes, Documents, Brand Kits, Products and Boards as editable drafts. For images, develop the idea with Vela and generate it in Vision Creator. Authorized AI agents can create Library elements and Boards through supported MCP or plugin connections, including adding images generated with their own tools. You can also work manually.
How do I stay in control of AI-created content?
Creating a draft is not approving it. In supported AI clients, cards let you inspect proposals and confirm an exact approval in the conversation. Other clients open that same decision in VisionBoard. You can refine the work first or leave it unapproved. Only your explicit approval makes it part of the current direction; an ordinary chat reply does not.
Will my connected AI keep checking the Vision?
Use VisionBoard as a continuing reference: ask your agent to read the current direction, check plans and results against it, and return when goals, limits or decisions conflict. Supported Goal work checks the approved direction at its checkpoints. Connecting alone does not monitor every action in another tool; the agent must use VisionBoard and have permission to access it.
