Terms of Use

By accessing or using VisionBoard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use VisionBoard on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

VisionBoard workspaces may contain private drafts, uploaded files, approved context, generated visuals, and shared access packages. You are responsible for deciding what belongs in each status or sharing state.

You may use VisionBoard to clarify goals, organize references, create visual direction, prepare briefs, and share approved context with collaborators or connected AI systems.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, interfere with platform operations, infringe third-party rights, upload unlawful material, or use the service to create harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

You retain rights to content you upload, write, generate, or organize in VisionBoard, subject to any rights held by third parties and the permissions you grant us to provide the service.

You grant VisionBoard the rights needed to host, process, display, transform, share, and otherwise handle your content as necessary to operate product features you choose to use.

VisionBoard may use AI systems to help summarize, rewrite, classify, generate, refine, or structure content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it, publishing it, sharing it, or using it for important decisions.

VisionBoard approval, publishing, and AI-ready states are workflow controls. They help identify which context should guide execution by people or AI systems.

You are responsible for checking that shared packages, approved material, and AI-ready context do not include private, outdated, unlawful, confidential, or third-party-restricted content.

Paid plans, billing periods, usage limits, image generation credits, storage limits, and available features may vary by plan and may change over time.

Plan prices are stated net of value added tax. The gross figure shown beside each price uses the German rate; the tax actually charged is determined at checkout by your country, and for businesses in other EU states with a valid VAT identification number the reverse-charge rule applies instead.

A first paid plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14 days run from the first payment made for a workspace, and every payment made inside that window is refunded in full. Later payments and upgrades do not start a new window, and the guarantee can be used once per workspace: it covers the decision to start paying, not each payment.

It is used in the product, under Plan and Billing, without giving a reason. The refund is issued to the original payment method, any remaining account credit is returned with it, and the paid plan ends at the same moment: a refunded period is not also a used one, so the workspace returns to the free plan straight away. Content is never deleted for this reason, but free plan limits apply again from then on, which may mean fewer active Visions than a paid plan allowed; the remainder stays stored and locked until a paid plan is chosen again. If the window has closed or the guarantee has been used, write to info@visionboard.si and we will look at it.

Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, their own terms and privacy information may also apply.

We aim to keep VisionBoard available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product improvement, or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.

You may stop using VisionBoard at any time. Certain data may remain in backups or records for a limited period where required for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.
