Workspace access
Authenticated members receive an explicit Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer role. Workspace-owned records are protected by database row policies and server-side access checks.
Security and trust
VisionBoard keeps working material inside the workspace and lets people decide what becomes approved, shared with others, or made available to a connected AI.
Protection layers
Authenticated members receive an explicit Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer role. Workspace-owned records are protected by database row policies and server-side access checks.
A recipient sees only an explicitly approved package. Links can expire or be revoked. When a shared file changes, its previous link ends instead of silently following the new version.
A connection reads only approved, current, shareable context inside the Vision scope an Owner or Admin explicitly allows. One Vision is the default; selected Visions and broader organization access stay distinct, visible, read-only, and revocable.
Sensitive account actions require authentication. Account deletion requires the current password and an exact confirmation, revokes sessions, and removes owned stored files while protecting shared work.
For organizations
For a concrete customer review, we provide the current document set directly so organization details and processing scope stay accurate.
