Private workspace
Every member has an explicit Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer role. Database policies and server checks keep workspace-owned records inside their intended boundary.

Sharing follows the version
Only an approved package of exact files can be shared. Links can expire or be revoked. If a shared file changes, its existing links end.

AI access is explicit
A connection receives only the Vision scope and permissions an Owner or Admin approves. By default it reads current, shareable context. Extra permissions can return attributed Draft work for review — never approve on its own, publish, delete, or change access.

Change stays visible
Approved material never changes silently. A meaningful change returns it to review, and files, feedback, and decisions stay tied to the version they belong to.
