GoalsInside VisionBoard
Start with one outcome you can finish, why it matters to you, and the proof you will see.Drawn from the product · fictional personal example

Inspiration is a beginning. It is not yet a direction.

Saved images, half-written notes and ideas from different moments can pull you in opposite directions. What matters is understanding the future you actually want, and which next step belongs to it.

A closer look

Make “what next?” easier to answer.

You do not need a company-sized process. Start with one outcome, why it matters to you, and the proof you will see when it is real.

  1. 01

    Start in your own words

Write the Goal yourself or develop it with Vela, then refine the editable draft.

  2. 02

    Know what done looks like

Success proof describes what you will see once the outcome is real.

  3. 03

    Keep the freedom to reconsider

Work through a draft before making it part of your current direction.

From intention to action

From “one day” to one meaningful next step.

One Vision connects the choices. People decide what becomes current.

  1. 01

Say what you want to move toward

Start with your own words, even if the idea is unfinished. Talk it through with Vela and collect the notes and references that help you understand what matters.

  2. 02

    Make the future visible

Start a Board from a template or a blank canvas, or ask Vela to compose one from your ideas and Library elements. Fill its frames with your own pictures, or create an image for one selected frame. Keep shaping the picture until it feels like yours.

  3. 03

Choose a goal you can act on

Define the next outcome, how you will recognize it and the limits you want to respect. Decide what is current instead of treating every new idea as a commitment.

  4. 04

    Return, reflect and adjust

Use your Vision as a reference for new choices. A connected AI can check its suggestions against the goals and limits you have approved. Involve a coach or collaborator when useful; you decide what changes.

A board for your direction

Make your direction visible

A board can bring your pictures and ideas into one place. Start with a layout or a blank canvas, then add what matters to you. Use it alongside your notes and goals as your direction develops.

A few useful answers.

Can I use VisionBoard on my own?

Yes. Personal and organizational Visions use the same core. Start with one active Vision for free and add collaboration only if it is useful to you.

Do I need to know my exact goal already?

No. Begin with an idea, a question or a desired future. Use Vela, notes and visual references to clarify it before deciding on the next goal.

Is this a daily habit tracker?

No. VisionBoard connects your desired future, goals and decisions. You can keep daily routines and task checklists in the tools you already use.

Can I create the content in a conversation?

Yes. Vela helps you create and refine Goals, Notes, Documents, Brand Kits, Products and Boards as editable drafts. For images, develop the idea with Vela and generate it in Vision Creator. Authorized AI agents can create Library elements and Boards through supported MCP or plugin connections, including adding images generated with their own tools. You can also work manually.

How do I stay in control of AI-created content?

Creating a draft is not approving it. In supported AI clients, cards let you inspect proposals and confirm an exact approval in the conversation. Other clients open that same decision in VisionBoard. You can refine the work first or leave it unapproved. Only your explicit approval makes it part of the current direction; an ordinary chat reply does not.

Will my connected AI keep checking the Vision?

Use VisionBoard as a continuing reference: ask your agent to read the current direction, check plans and results against it, and return when goals, limits or decisions conflict. Supported Goal work checks the approved direction at its checkpoints. Connecting alone does not monitor every action in another tool; the agent must use VisionBoard and have permission to access it.
