Terms and usage

Legal Notice

Core usage terms for VisionBoard as a product for approved vision, context, visual direction, and AI-ready execution.

Last updated: May 17, 2026

01

Scope

These legal terms apply to the public VisionBoard website and to use of the VisionBoard product unless a separate written agreement applies.

VisionBoard is provided by Pyrabit UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Zimmerstr. 1a, 76530 Baden-Baden, Germany.

02

Product Purpose

VisionBoard helps users clarify goals, organize documents and references, generate or refine visual direction, and share approved context with people and AI systems.

The product is a software and AI-assisted workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.

03

User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for the materials they upload, the instructions they provide, the decisions they approve, and the outputs they use or share.

Users must not upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, bypass security controls, or use VisionBoard to create harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal material.

04

AI-Assisted Output

AI-generated or AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Important decisions should be reviewed by a qualified human before use.

Approval states inside VisionBoard are workflow signals. They help teams and connected systems understand what may be used, but they do not replace professional review where such review is required.

05

Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability, features, integrations, pricing, and supported AI capabilities may change over time.

We may update these legal terms when the product, applicable law, or operational requirements change. Continued use after publication of updated terms means that the current version applies.

06

Intellectual Property

VisionBoard, the VisionBoard brand, interface design, product structure, and website materials are protected by intellectual property rights.

Users retain rights in their own uploaded materials subject to the rights they grant us to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
