Begin with the current Vision
Read the desired outcome, approved goals and decisions. Give everyone the same starting point instead of asking them to reconstruct it from old slides and conversations.

A few useful answers.
Does a review have to be quarterly?
No. Review when meaningful evidence or a strategic decision requires it. A company planning cycle, a project milestone or a personal reflection can use the same pattern.
Can an agent prepare material for the review?
An authorized agent can read permitted context and return attributed drafts or evidence through supported AI Access. People remain responsible for judging the material and approving any change.
What stays after the review?
The current direction, the next goal and the supporting decisions stay connected in the Vision. Their history provides context when you return for the next review.
Can I create the content in a conversation?
Yes. Vela helps you create and refine Goals, Notes, Documents, Brand Kits, Products and Boards as editable drafts. For images, develop the idea with Vela and generate it in Vision Creator. Authorized AI agents can create Library elements and Boards through supported MCP or plugin connections, including adding images generated with their own tools. You can also work manually.
How do I stay in control of AI-created content?
Creating a draft is not approving it. In supported AI clients, cards let you inspect proposals and confirm an exact approval in the conversation. Other clients open that same decision in VisionBoard. You can refine the work first or leave it unapproved. Only your explicit approval makes it part of the current direction; an ordinary chat reply does not.
Will my connected AI keep checking the Vision?
Use VisionBoard as a continuing reference: ask your agent to read the current direction, check plans and results against it, and return when goals, limits or decisions conflict. Supported Goal work checks the approved direction at its checkpoints. Connecting alone does not monitor every action in another tool; the agent must use VisionBoard and have permission to access it.
